Hands-on, non-invasive manual therapy for the whole body

Gentle, light-touch therapy supporting your body's natural ability to heal
CST is a gentle way of working with the body using a light touch. It supports your body's innate ability to balance, restore and heal itself, while also helping to reduce stress and build underlying energy. It is suitable for everyone — from newly-born babies to the elderly.
It works by your practitioner sensing tensions in the body and helping to release them in a supported and comfortable way.
The SomatoEmotional Release (SER) process is an integrative part of CST. This occurs spontaneously and may help you get into your issues and health problems, bringing about permanent change on many levels.
On occasion, osteopathic techniques may be combined with CST to support your treatment.
If you have any questions about CST, its suitability for you, or would like to discuss the benefits in more detail, please get in touch — we'd love to hear from you.
