Joe Gore, Osteopath & CranioSacral Therapist

Joe Gore

Osteopath & CranioSacral Therapist
DO CST-D GOsC Registered Upledger Instructor

Joe graduated with a Diploma in Osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy, London, in 1986 and has been in practice ever since. In 1995, following extensive study of Dr John Upledger's work and completing training in America, Joe transitioned to focus primarily on CranioSacral Therapy — integrating osteopathic techniques where appropriate.

Joe is a Diplomate Certified with the Upledger Institute and serves as a CST1 and Clinical Applications Instructor for the Upledger Institute both in the UK and internationally — a reflection of his standing in the field.

He believes that CST "makes permanent and sometimes profound change to patients' wellbeing and general health" and applies a deeply holistic approach to each patient — treating not only the presenting problem, but helping to build the foundations for long-term health.

Freya Percy, Osteopath

Freya Percy

Osteopath
M.Ost GOsC Registered ITEC Level 3 Sports Massage

I'm Freya Percy. I am new to the practice and very happy to be here.

I take a structural approach to working with patients and believe in the importance of a holistic approach to boosting your health and well-being.

You don't have to struggle with your pain or learn to live with an injury. Whether it's a sports injury, day-to-day wear and tear, recovery after an illness or operation, or maintenance to avoid pain in the future, I can help you not only deal with the symptoms but also get to the underlying cause of the problem as well.

When I'm not working, you can find me out walking with my two dogs or jumping into rivers and lakes to get a cold water hit. And when I'm not outside, I really love creating art, especially painting.

Tish Reid, Osteopath

Tish Reid

Physical Therapist
MA (Oxon, Cantab) BOst

I first experienced osteopathy when I received treatment during my sporting career. I loved the whole approach and how much it helped me — and went on to train and graduate from the British School of Osteopathy.

I have had a varied and colourful career path, including being an international rower, web developer and scuba diver, but now love being a part of the clinic, collaborating with patients to help them make the changes they want to make.

Outside of work I love living the Cornwall life on our small holding, with the bees, chickens and the dog — and because I'm not busy enough, I'm also an automatic gate engineer!
